"Thanks for the instructions for the Hide-A-Hose central vacuum remote. Our system is now working fine. I had to do the reprogramming mentioned at the end of the instructions...I had a similar problem with my car remote, and the dealer refused to provide the reprogramming instructions. He wanted to charge me several hundred dollars plus my time for making an appointment. I found the instructions for my car online and the reprogramming took about 15 seconds, so I appreciate your not taking advantage of me in this situation. Thanks again." ...
